My real estate career began in the mid 90's with remolding and reselling of homes.
I have had the great opportunity to also build and oversee the construction of new homes.
I have found this hands on construction experience to be of great value to me in my career.
In the late 90's I formed a partnership to concentrate on buying, selling and developing real estate.
In 2005 I decided to become a licensed real estate agent. In 2009 I obtained my real estate brokers
license. Since then I have taken the time to continue and improve my real estate education by
completing my graduate of real estate designation and my short sale and foreclosure resource
designation. I believe that I should always strive to improve and be able to offer more to my
clients. I push the agents in my brokerage to do the same and they have responded. We have
improved our sales every year by great margins even in this very tough and challenging market.
